Is this allowed by Google?+
Yes. Customers write and post their own review from their own Google account. Storbi only helps them put their genuine experience into words, and they can edit everything before posting.
What happens if a customer had a bad experience?+
They can still post on Google. The draft stays polite, specific and honest about what went wrong. You also see their feedback privately so you can make it right.
Do I need NFC cards?+
No. A printed QR works on every phone. NFC cards are optional and simply open the same link with a tap.
What happens when my plan ends?+
We remind you by email and WhatsApp every day in the last week and every 6 hours in the last 2 days. If it is not renewed, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are prepaid monthly or yearly with no auto-debit, so you simply don't renew.
