Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Khetvasi Engage. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Khetvasi Engage provides QR and NFC review pages, an AI writing assistant that turns a customer's own feedback into a review draft, and analytics for businesses. Customers always write, edit and post reviews from their own Google account.

2. Fair use and honest reviews

• You must not use the service to create fake reviews, review your own business, offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, or discourage customers with negative experiences from posting.
• You must follow Google's policies for user-generated content.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

3. Plans, billing and renewals

• Paid plans (Starter, Growth) are prepaid for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly) from the payment date. Enterprise is by agreement.
• We send renewal reminders before your due date. If a plan is not renewed by its due date, the account moves to the Free plan automatically, with Free plan limits, and extra QR points are paused.
• Monthly limits on scans and AI drafts reset on the 1st of each month (India time). When a limit is reached, customers can still post their own review without AI help.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your data and your customers

You are responsible for displaying our review page lawfully at your premises. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process data on your behalf.

5. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided "as is". We are not responsible for Google's decisions to publish, filter or remove reviews. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
